Description

This course was built on the old Welland Canal that once travelled through the City of Welland's downtown core. The course offers a straight 2 km of flat water to race on. With high banks on the west side and tall trees lining the east side of the course we have little trouble holding our events even on the windiest days. Many world class rowers and coaches have called this the best water in Canada for rowing.
