Learn To Train

Learn to train programs are designed to introduce beginners to the sport of rowing.

Focus is on learning the different boats, terms, movements and techniques. New rowers train in larger crew boats and receive preliminary instruction to prepare them for novice competitive rowing.

Preferred ages are 11 and older (born before 1999.  To get the most from the session participants should plan on attending all practice days, although it is not mandatory.
